Together, we are facing truly unprecedented times. The global COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. I want to update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Sharethrough. The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, vendors and their families are first and foremost in our decisions about how to operate our business going forward.
All of Sharethrough’s employees are working from home. As we are already a fairly distributed company, this transition to fully remote has been a relatively smooth one. We’ve even found lots of fun new ways for our team to stay connected by sharing lunch tips, running trivia challenges, virtual coffees, and more. Our infrastructure is fully distributed and remote-accessible, and we anticipate no impacts to our ability to deliver services.
You will see more requests for calls and virtual meetings as we work our way through this. There too, we are trialing new ways to make those meetings effective such as more data-driven visualization to share. We will continue to deliver the highest levels of performance and customer care through these times. We know we will see changes in our business resulting from changes in our partners’ businesses. We are listening, adapting, and striving to continue to both grow and to serve our publishers and advertisers.
While this may be unchartered territory for all of us, we are staying true to our company values of action, purpose, curiosity and transparency to guide what we do and how we serve all of you. We have some amazing people at Sharethrough and we are here to work with you through this.
Our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. For those who may be ill, you have our heartfelt wishes for a speedy and full recovery. To those on the front lines as first responders and healthcare workers, we are inspired by your tireless commitment to community health and safety.
As the situation continues to unfold, we value your partnership and we continue to encourage your questions and feedback as we help you navigate this situation.

Behind Headlines: 180 Seconds in Ad Tech is a short 3-minute podcast exploring the news in the digital advertising industry. Ad tech is a fast-growing industry with many updates happening daily. As it can be hard for most to keep up with the latest news, the Sharethrough team wanted to create an audio series compiling notable mentions each week.
